Refund policy

Eligible CANRAE purchases have an extended 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We design our products to help you perform at the best results, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you shop on canrae.com, in any of the CANRAE apps, or at the CANRAE store, we give you 30 days to take your CANRAE purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days.

1. Returns: Info on the 30-day trial, free exchanges, free returns, and return methods
To be eligible for a return, please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of the U.S. purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Some products or promotions offer a longer time for trial, please refer to the product description or promotion details at the time of purchase.

Eligible products and orders have FREE RETURNS within 30 days of your order being purchased. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@canrae.com.

Outside the US? We still offer an international FREE EXCHANGE for the 30-Day Product Fit Guarantee.

2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Some CANRAE products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties—please check the label, hang tag or warranty card for details and returns information.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded & returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds & returns on free gifts, final sale items, special sale items** or gift cards.
**Special sale items: items with more than 60% off discount (the percentage of discount between the actual price paid and the item's original price), or as otherwise noted at the time of sale.

4. Exchanges
Here at CANRAE, we encourage exchanges if you have any issues with the style you purchased. All orders and pre-orders can be returned for free exchanges or store credit within 30 days of your order being purchased.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
