This policy is governed by the Terms of Service. During checkout, the guest can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options for delivery to every state in the U.S. or to other countries (USA, USD $ - default):

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping and returns are always FREE on orders of 40 USD+ within the US. We also offer express shipping options, and these shipping rates can be viewed at checkout. If you have any further questions, please send us an email at support@canrae.com.

Do you have international shipping?
Absolutely.

We are now offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of 40 USD+ (or equivalent in other currencies) in select countries and regions[2] for a limited time[1]. Orders under $40 will be charged a shipping fee of at least $17.99.

We will make sure you get the sunglasses you want. Just enter your full address and we will take it from there. Plus, for free shipping orders, we'll assist you with customs duties and you won't have to pay any additional fees! (All you need to do is place your order and wait for the package to be delivered to your doorstep without any other actions or fees!)

If you would like to exchange or return it, please get in touch with us via support@canrae.com, and we still offer an international EXCHANGE or an international RETURN service. This service is subject to a refund policy.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP[1] will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL(or other logistics carriers) or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been picked up and is in transit. This will include a tracking number and instructions on how to check the status of your order.

When will my order arrive?
If you are in the US, your product should arrive within 3 business days from being dropped off at the shipping facility. Please note that we are a small team that takes the weekends off! If you place an order over the weekend, we fulfill orders and ship on the following workday.
- Free Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days, depending on your address. -
In the US, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, and remote addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are unavailable for fast express service and require longer shipping times.

For international orders, shipping time is within 10 business days via Standard Shipping (not including customs processing time).

Delivery
Incorrect shipping address or other shipping information, unaccepted packages at the time of delivery, and failure to respond to emails regarding requests for additional information from customs for more than 72 hours (international shipments only) are considered causes of delivery failure caused by the consumer. Canrae will not be liable for delivery failures due to consumer liability.
FREE SHIPPING - Logistics carriers are not assigned, free shipping service may include tracking information and destination delivery, but it does not include in-person signature service. When the package tracking shows “Delivered”, it means that the CANRAE shipping has been successfully delivered and CANRAE may provide proof of delivery including, but not limited to, complete tracking trails, photos of the package and delivery location, etc. If you would like CANRAE to cover lost/stolen/damaged items, please purchase shipping insurance with your order and receive one additional shipping of lost/stolen/damaged items at no extra charge.
